On the morning of April 24, Ding Yayun, head of China Liaison Office of Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK), Finland, Katja Varamäki, the director of international affairs of the School of Social Services and Health Care, and two other members of the delegation came to exchange in ZCMU. Wang Ying, director of the International Relations Office of ZCMU, He Guijuan, dean of the School of Nursing, Wang Jingna, the deputy director of the International Relations Office, and relevant staff participated in the exchange activity.
Wang Ying welcomed the TAMK delegation, briefly introduced the basic situation of ZCMU, and expressed the desire to exchange and cooperate with TAMK.
In the afternoon, the TAMK delegation came to the School of Nursing. He Guijuan introduced the overall situation of the School of Nursing and the vision of cooperation. Katja Varamäki introduced the health care faculty of Tampere University of Applied Sciences in Finland and shared the practices and experiences of Finnish elderly care and home care with the faculty and students of the School of Nursing. She focused on the various ways of organizing elderly care, multidimensional assessment in elderly care and digital skills development of elderly care workers in Finland, and communicated with the present students. The delegation also visited the ZCMU Museum and the pediatric simulation ward, simulation delivery room, ICU simulation ward and basic nursing laboratory of the School of Nursing.
Tampere University of Applied Sciences is a practical knowledge-based, application-oriented and innovative higher education institution. The visit strengthened the communication and understanding between TAMK and ZCMU and laid a solid foundation for future exchange and cooperation.
