On November 8, the signing ceremony of the Zhejiang Chinese Medical University (Fuyang) TCM Preparation Research Center, jointly built by ZCMU and the Fuyang District People’s Government, was held in Fuyang. Wang Guoqiang, former Deputy Director of the National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People’s Republic of China and Director—General of the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine; Chu Ziyu, Director—General of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism; Xu Longren, Second-class Inspector of the Health Commission of Zhejiang Province; Chen Zhong, President of ZCMU; Wu Chengliang, Vice President of ZCMU; Ma Liyang, District Mayor of Fuyang District; and heads of General Administration Office, Hospital Management Office, Exchange and Cooperation Department and relevant departments of Fuyang District attended the signing ceremony. Chen Zhong and Ma Liyang signed the contract on behalf of the two sides.

Zhejiang Chinese Medical University, in collaboration with Fuyang District People’s Government, establishes Zhejiang Chinese Medical University (Fuyang) TCM Preparation Research Center. It aims to deepen the cooperation between ZCMU and Fuyang District, promote ZCMU’s deep involvement and service in Fuyang District’s economic and social development, and build the orthopedic industry chain. Besides, itwillassist in the research of medical institutions such as Fuyang Orthopedic Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine on preparations like "Bai Cao injury cream" and "Shujinhuoxue (relieving rigidity of muscles and promoting blood circulation) Wine" and make "Fuyang Orthopedic Surgery" widely known. In the first stage, the Center will focus on the cooperation of 2 projects, "Bai Cao injury cream" and "Shujinhuoxue Wine".

After the signing ceremony,Vice President Wu Chengliang represented ZCMU, interviewedby Chunjiang Huatuo under the theme of "Historic Intangible Cultural Heritage, Master Physicians to All the People".
