The journal is dedicated to promoting the application of scientific and rigorous research methods to integrative and alternative medicine, particularly in traditional Asian medical systems. Ranked 12/28 in INTEGRATIVE & COMPLEMENTARY MEDICINE, eCAM is a JCR Q2 journal with an impact factor of 2.630.
